Voucher purchases can be made online - see product pages for links - and your Voucher will be emailed to you, or if you choose -the recipient - immediately. Alternatively they can be purchased over the phone
(allow 5-7 working days for postage) or over the counter.
Booking with a Gift
Voucher: Gift Vouchers for Animal Encounters and Tours purchased from the Zoo can be redeemed online - see links on the product pages - over the phone or over the counter, and the voucher number must
be quoted. (Excepting Entry Vouchers - these can be simply printed out and handed in to the Front Counter on arrival)
Red Balloon Gift Vouchers
must be redeemed directly through the Red Balloon website.
Vouchers must be presented on arrival or full
payment will be required.

The National Zoo & Aquarium receives thousands of requests each year for free or discounted entry and other zoo products for community groups,
charities and other worthy causes. Unfortunately our organisation cannot assist with all requests and despite aiding many charities, causes and animal conservation groups, most of our donations are pre-committed well in advance. If you would still like to forward a request, you may do so via email and if we are in a position to assist with your request we will respond to your email.
