Junior Zookeeper Club membership entitles you
to attend weekend programs that include feeding
animals, behind the scenes tours and helping care
for the animals through food preparation, cleaning,
creating enrichment and learning about conservation
and animal health. Sessions occur almost every month on a weekend for 3 hours either in the morning
- 9am to 12pm OR in the afternoon - 1pm to 4pm .
The cost for new members for the 2013 programme is $420.00.
The first sessions begin on February 16th and 17th for Primary students, and February 23rd and 24th for High school students.

For A Day. These 'stand alone' sessions are incorporated into our JZK program and include
activities such as
making enrichment (toys) for the animals, learning
what it takes to care for zoo animals and conservation
issues. Each date will focus on
different animals. You can come to one session or more! Cost is $70 per session.
Sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays for 3 hours either in the morning
- 9am to 12pm OR in the afternoon - 1pm to 4pm .
The Scheduled dates for the fist half of 2013 are:
For Primary School children in Years 3-6 - February 16th and 17th. March 16th and 17th. May 18th and 19th. June 15th and 16th
For High School children in Years 7-10 - February 23rd and 24th. March 23rd and 24th. May 25th and 26th. June 22nd and 23rd.
