WALK ON THE WILDSIDE

BECOME A ZOOKEEPER FOR THE DAY.

What we believe to be the most hands-on and interactive approach to conservation education anywhere in the world. We have spent nearly two years working on this tour to provide what we feel, would be the ultimate all day wildlife experience.
Most of this revolves around working very closely with many of our larger and more dangerous animals. These activities are vitally important, fun and enriching for these animals. This is something that the average zoo visitor would never get the chance to see or experience.

 


THE W.O.W TOUR VISITS THE MAJORITY OF OUR ANIMALS - ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Meeting and patting our Cheetah (inside their enclosure!)
Morning Tea with our Cougars or Bears
Sharing a gourmet lunch with our 2 giraffe
Weighing a lion
Hand feeding and patting a shark
Teaching our brown bears to open their mouths for teeth inspections
Making animal enrichment toys and preparing food
Designing puzzles for our monkeys to work on and solve
Meet and hand feed large lions and tigers and bears! Oh my!

How much does it cost?
The tour cost is $650.00 per person. This includes lunch, morning tea and memories that last a life time. There are generous discounts available for booking more than one person onto the same tour, ($350.00 per extra person) plus online booking discounts, so why not share these fantastic experiences with family or friends? The discount is automatically calculated during the booking process. The tour is limited to a maximum of 4 people.

RESTRICTIONS: You must be a minimum of 1.5 metres tall and at least 12 years old. As this tour involves a lot of walking, and a variety of different animal interaction, good mobility is essential.
