By making a booking, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Although every effort is made to ensure that children attending Children’s Programs will feed, interact with and see certain animals, no guarantee is offered to this effect. The health and welfare of both our animals and guests is our priority and activities will be determined on this basis. 

Prior to a booking being made, the National Zoo & Aquarium must be notified of any additional needs that may prevent a child from understanding directions, could result in unpredictable behaviour, or that interferes with a child’s mobility. This enables us to arrange appropriate supports or modifications to ensure participant and animal safety.

All participants must follow instructions given by Zoo Staff at all times. Any guests behaving in an unsafe or argumentative manner will be asked to leave the encounter immediately and will forfeit all fees paid. 

Bookings and Voucher purchases are non-refundable. Credits, exchanges and reschedules are available upon request.
