Group entry rates
If you are visiting the Zoo in a group of 20 or more, you qualify for our special group rates on General Entry prices.
$47.00 per Adult
$27.00 per Child 3-17
$40.00 per Student with Student card
$40.00 per Concession with ID
Children under 3 gold coin (maximum 2 per paying adult – others $12.00)
Bus drivers and Tour Group Leaders (applies to Inbound Groups only) F.O.C
Maximum Ratio = 1 F.O.C per 10 paying Guests
For an extra special experience, why not book your group into a private tour. Have all your animal questions answered as our knowledgeable guides introduce you to some of the amazing residents of our zoo. Each tour can be customised for mobility levels, a theme, or even just a highlight reel of your favourite animals!
Guided Tour: extra $10.00 per person (if less than 30 people, the flat rate of $300.00 per hour will apply). Must be booked in advance with payment required prior to or on arrival. Lead time of at least 5 days is recommended.
Prior Bookings are essential to receive discounted entry rates. (Note: Payment is not required at the time of booking, but is payable prior to or on arrival, when final numbers are confirmed).

Great discounts for Group Tours
Our Awesome Roarsome & African Savannah Safari tours are now available to groups at great discounted rates!
Groups of 6 or more qualify for a 25% discount on the above tours, while groups of 10+ receive the discount AND also a completely customised time & itinerary to suit you!

School Groups
Based on a minimum of: 15 students on GUIDED tours and 20 students on SELF-GUIDED tours.
Self guided – $18.00 per student.
Guided – $20.00 per student.
Accompanying Teachers/Adults:
Pre-school to Year 3 – 1 F.O.C per 8 Students.
Years 4 to 12 – 1 FOC per 10 Students.
Extra Adults (over and above the free of charge ratio) $47.00 each
Bus Drivers F.O.C
If less than 15 students, the flat rate for 15 will apply.
Must Be Booked In Advance. A Minimum 5 Days Notice Required For Guided Tours.
You will receive an itemised Tax Invoice by return email on completion of your booking. Any changes to numbers can be calculated prior to arrival, or on arrival at check in, and the costs adjusted accordingly.
Payment is required as a single total amount. Separate payments by individuals will not be accepted at the discounted rates.

Senior groups
Minimum of 20 paying guests required.
$40.00 per Senior with Seniors or Aged Pension Card
$47.00 per Adult Without Senior or Aged Pension Card
Guide: extra $10.00 per person (if less than 30 people, the flat rate of $300.00 per hour will apply). Must Be Booked In Advance.
A Minimum 5 Days Notice Required For Guided Tours.

Special needs groups
Minimum of 10 paying guests required.
Free of Charge Carer to Client Ratio = 1:1 Maximum.
Carers will be required to show appropriate ID.
All other adults at $47.00 each.
$15.00 per Child
$25.00 per Adult
Note – Companion Card holders are free of charge, unless a Guide/tour is booked when the above rate applies.

Tertiary groups
Minimum of 20 paying guests required.
F.O.C Teacher to Student Ratio – Maximum Ratio = 1 Teacher per 10 Students.
All other adults at $47.00 each.

Playgroups
Minimum of 10 paying guests required.
A playgroup is considered to be children between 0-4 years of age.
1 Adult per 4 paying Children under 3 F.O.C and compulsory for Supervision.
All other adults at $47.00 each.
Children under 3 $12.00 per Child
Children 3 and over $18.00 per Child
Note: Guided tours are not available for Playgroups. Payment required prior to or on arrival.
