New at the Zoo! Members walkabout Tours
Our dedicated volunteers spend hours chatting to staff and visitors and are a great fountain of knowledge for all things zoo.
Members can now spend time with one of our amazing Zoo Volunteer Guides David or Richard on our new Member Walkabout Tours. Both have been with us for many years and are brimming full of animal knowledge and interesting anecdotes. They are sure to make for an entertaining tour!
Find out what’s happening around the Zoo and learn more about our beautiful animals. Ask questions, learn all about our history, animals and our role in protecting wildlife.
Each week will highlight a different area of the zoo. Members who have pre-registered for the tour will meet their guide at a desgnated point and then head out into the zoo grounds for a walking tour of a specific area. The first tours will focus on South American Monkeys.
